1 Pound Chez Francois Peeled & Deviened Shrimp
1 Pound Chez Francois Peeled Crawfish Tails
1 cup chopped Onion
1 Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 stalk Celery minced
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Jar Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans Rotel or 1 LG can Petite diced tomoatoes(for a milder taste)
1 Lg package Medium Wide Egg Noodles or Fettucini Noodles
Directions:
Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in a large Pot until almost transparent. Add Shrimp and Crawfish and Garlic and saute until cooked. Add cheese, soup and tomatoes and simmer on medium-low heat. Meanwhile, boil noodles according to directions on package. Drain and add to Shrimp. Stir well. Serve with a light salad and Enjoy!
